TALX services enable organizations to meet today’s demands for reduced costs and higher
service levels.
TALX holds a leadership position in the unemployment tax management field, providing full service claims
processing to over 7,500 clients, including almost 3/4 of the Fortune 500. However, some small and mid-sized
employers may not need such a high level of processing and support. TALX now offers a self-service option to
serve these clients called UC Direct. TALX used its expertise to develop a user-friendly application that can be
utilized by employers who may not have enough claims to warrant outsourcing them to a third party, but who want
to make sure they are managing the process effectively. |
